In the interests of actually having something vaguely useful to say, I will recommend the following blog that I found via my best man: http://blogs.technet.com/brad_rutkowski/, contains a lot of useful nuggets in the "file this in the back of your brain for when a Tech Ed customer asks that random question" category.

Okay, where's "Save and Close"? Ah yes, that'll be "Publish" up there, won't it?
